If, during delivery, you find the bike doesn&#x2019;t meet your needs, you can exchange it for another model right away.Final Purchase After Approval Once the bike has been tested, approved, and accepted, the purchase is considered final. Returns or refunds are no longer possible. This is in accordance with Dutch law (Article 7:1 of the Civil Code) and applies to all physical purchases, both in-store and for home deliveries that include a test moment.Exchanges or Returns After Purchase If you wish to exchange or return your bike after the initial test, this can be arranged via our transport service.
