Test and Review Your Bike
When you receive your e-bike—whether in-store or via home delivery by our drivers—you have the opportunity to thoroughly test it and make sure it meets your expectations. If, during delivery, you find the bike doesn’t meet your needs, you can exchange it for another model right away.

Final Purchase After Approval
Once the bike has been tested, approved, and accepted, the purchase is considered final. Returns or refunds are no longer possible. This is in accordance with Dutch law (Article 7:1 of the Civil Code) and applies to all physical purchases, both in-store and for home deliveries that include a test moment.

Exchanges or Returns After Purchase
If you wish to exchange or return your bike after the initial test, this can be arranged via our transport service. Fees include:

  • €75 per trip for pickup and delivery of a replacement bike

  • €25 cleaning fee per bike

  • Usage fees if applicable

  • Repair costs or depreciation if the bike is damaged

Online Purchases Without a Test Moment
For online orders shipped without an in-person test—such as orders from other regions—you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the bike.

  • You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs, if the bike is returned in good condition

  • Return shipping costs (€75) and cleaning fees (€25 per bike) are your responsibility
