Once your bike has been shipped, you will automatically receive your invoice via email. Look for an email with the subject “Your EbikeXL Invoice” to locate it.

If you cannot find the invoice, and it’s not in your spam folder, you can request a copy here. Our team will be happy to resend it to you.
