Wear parts: inner and outer tyres, chain, sprockets, cables (brake and shift cables), brakes and brake pads.

Neglect by the purchaser: neglect of the bicycle by the owner.

Modifications and repairs: modifications made by the purchaser or third parties, repairs not carried out by or on behalf of eBikeXL.

Unskilled or careless use: incorrect assembly, incorrect use, forced cables, damage due to moisture (such as rust) or other external causes.

Incorrect maintenance: if the bicycle has not been maintained in the usual manner or as described in the user manual.

Transport damage: scratches as a result of transport.

Incorrect accessories: use of unsuitable or incorrect accessories.

Carelessness: careless use of the bicycle by the purchaser.

Free promotional items: items that were obtained free of charge.

Non-transferable guarantee: our warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner.
