At eBikeXL, we want you to enjoy your electric bike with confidence. That’s why we offer:

• 1-year warranty on all electric bicycles, with the option of extension

• 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on new bicycles

• 2-year warranty on demo bikes with less than 3,000 km

Our warranty covers the most important components: battery and drivetrain/mid-motor. These are essential for performance and are often used intensively. This way, you can rely on your bike’s full functionality throughout the warranty period.

⚠️ Please note: Regular wear and tear parts—such as brakes, gears, tires, spokes, suspension, and lights—are not covered by the warranty.

If any covered parts become defective within the warranty period, you are entitled to repair or replacement. 

Important: Our warranty applies only to BOSCH parts . If the bike was purchased from eBikeXL and the battery or mid-motor is not BOSCH, it is not covered by the warranty.

Maintenance Tips to Keep Your Bike in Top Condition

• Tires: Keep your tires properly inflated for a smooth ride and optimal range.

• Cleaning: Clean your bicycle regularly with mild soap, paying attention to the wheels, mudguards, and chain.

• Battery: Avoid complete discharge. Charge at least once a month, especially in winter.

• Annual maintenance: Have your bike checked once a year at a bike shop (lights, brakes, tires, chain, spokes, wheel nuts).
