Yes! All products purchased from EbikeXL are covered by the statutory warranty, meaning your bike must meet the reasonable expectations of a consumer.

In addition, many bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from and does not affect your statutory or EbikeXL warranty. At EbikeXL, we offer a 1-year warranty on all bikes, covering key components such as the frame, battery, and motor.

For demo bikes (under 3,000 km) and new bikes, a 2-year warranty applies. Depending on the bike’s age, the manufacturer’s warranty may provide additional coverage beyond our EbikeXL warranty. We recommend checking the manufacturer’s warranty policy for the specific bike you are interested in.

Important: Our warranty applies only to BOSCH parts . If the bike was purchased from eBike XL and the battery or mid-motor is not BOSCH, it is not covered by the warranty.
