You have the right to return your bike, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for return:

• The bike must be in the same condition as when delivered.

• You should not have ridden it more than a reasonable distance (maximum 50 km).

• The bike must be returned with all original equipment and accessories (including keys, charger, and battery).
  
  

Once the bike is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the bike plus the original shipping costs.
Please note: the return shipping fee is €69, which covers maintenance and the cost of sending the bike back.
