At eBike XL, we want you to enjoy your electric bike with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a clear and reliable warranty on our bikes:

• Demo bikes (less than 3000 km) → 2-year warranty

• New bikes → 2-year manufacturer’s warranty

• Used bikes → 1-year warranty (with the option to extend to 2 or even 3 years)

The warranty covers the mid-motor, battery, and drivetrain. These are the most essential components of your e-bike.

Please note: all other parts, such as brakes, gears, tires, spokes, and lights, are not covered by the warranty, as they fall under regular maintenance and normal wear.

If one of the covered parts becomes defective during the warranty period, you are entitled to repair or replacement, provided the warranty conditions are met.

Important: Our warranty applies only to BOSCH parts . If the bike was purchased from eBike XL and the battery or mid-motor is not BOSCH, it is not covered by the warranty.
