Bosch mid-drive motors have proven over the years to be among the most durable and robust e-bike motors . Models with 40,000 or 50,000 km that are still functioning perfectly are not uncommon. Mileage alone isn't the most important factor —it's more important to take good care of the bike and perform maintenance when necessary for other components. In practice, it's much more likely that brakes, gears, or the chain will need attention sooner than the motor itself.
