What is covered under our warranty?
If a defect occurs within the warranty period in the motor, battery, or display of the e-bike, it is covered under our store warranty.

What is not covered under our warranty?

1. Wear-and-tear parts: inner and outer tires, chain, gears, cables (brake and gear), brakes, and brake pads.

2. Neglect by the buyer: poor maintenance or neglect of the bike by the owner.

3. Modifications and repairs: changes made by the buyer or third parties, or repairs not carried out by or on behalf of eBikeXL.

4. Improper or careless use: incorrect assembly, misuse, forced cables, damage caused by moisture (e.g., rust), or other external factors.

5. Improper maintenance: if the bike has not been maintained as commonly expected or as described in the manual.

6. Transport damage: scratches resulting from transport.

7. Incorrect accessories: use of unsuitable or incorrect accessories.

8. Negligence: careless use of the bike by the buyer.

9. Free promotional items: items received for free.

10. Our warranty is non-transferable.
