Ordering your electric bike at eBikeXL is simple and straightforward:

1. Add your favorite e-bike to the shopping cart.

2. Include any additional accessories you’d like.

3. Click Purchase and choose whether you want home delivery (free within the Netherlands) or in-store pickup (with a €100 discount).

4. Fill in your personal details and select a payment method.

5. Complete the payment.

6. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details.

7. If you chose delivery, our team will contact you via email or SMS to arrange the delivery.

Important: Adding a bike to your shopping cart does not finalize the purchase. Your order is only confirmed once checkout is completed and payment is made.
