Payment with credit card in full:
First, check that your bank account has sufficient funds. If that’s not the issue, contact your bank to ensure your card allows the purchase. If the problem persists, we recommend using a SEPA bank transfer instead.
Paying in installments with Klarna:
A payment request may be declined for several reasons:
The total purchase amount exceeds €5000.
Your card has insufficient funds or the limit is too low for the first installment.
Your card has expired or is a prepaid card.
