Once your order is ready, your electric bike will be handed over to one of our trusted logistics partners. 🚚⚡

A few hours after your bike leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a notification via email and/or SMS (depending on the contact details you provided at checkout). In this message, our delivery partner will propose a delivery time.

Not available at the suggested time? No problem—you can easily choose an alternative delivery slot that works better for you.

This way, we make sure your new bike arrives quickly, safely, and at a time that suits you best.
